We cover the ENTIRE State of GEORGIA with a network of branch offices. One in each of the major population centers in the State. We also cover western and south- eastern South Carolina, southern Tennessee and eastern Alabama IAI provides claim-adjusting services for Insurance Carriers, Self-Insured Corporations, Property Management Groups and Municipalities. IAI also offers TPA services to Governmental Agencies and other Self-Insured Entities. IAI also provides on the scene investigative services to most of the major and many of the smaller Motor Freight Carriers IAI services range from the simple to the complex depending on our client’s requirements. Each of our offices is staffed with experienced personnel in all lines of claims adjustment, auto/home appraisals and investigations. IAI has nearly 30 employees who stand ready, willing and able to serve its clients professionally and with customer service as our top priority. Insured's and Claimants are treated fairly and claims are evaluated, adjusted and /or appraised accurately.
